You can create an account by clicking the "Sign Up" button at the top of the page. You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. Once you've verified your email, you can start using ShortsGenAI.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. For annual plans, we also offer payment via bank transfer.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

The number of videos you can create depends on your plan. The Free plan allows 3 videos per week, Basic plan allows 15 videos per month, Premium plan allows 2 videos per day, and Professional plan allows 4 videos per day.
What video resolution do you support?
The Free and Basic plans support 720p resolution. The Premium plan supports 1080p resolution, and the Professional plan supports 4K resolution.
Can I use my own voice for the videos?
Yes, the Professional plan allows you to upload and use your own voice for the videos. Other plans offer a selection of AI-generated voices to choose from.
Do the videos have a watermark?
The Free plan includes a ShortsGenAI watermark on all videos. All paid plans (Basic, Premium, and Professional) do not include watermarks.

How do I join the affiliate program?
You can join our affiliate program by signing up for a free ShortsGenAI account and navigating to the Affiliate section in your dashboard. Once approved, you'll receive your unique referral link.
What commission do I earn?
You earn 30% commission on every payment made by users you refer, for the lifetime of their subscription.
When and how do I get paid?
Payments are processed on the 1st of each month for the previous month's earnings. We offer payment via PayPal, bank transfer, or store credit.
